FAQs
What payment methods do you accept?
For home users we require a cash payments only.

No Fix. No Fee. Guaranteed?
Our no fix no fee guarantee means that if we cannot provide you with a solution to your problem, we will not charge you for our services. In some cases, the solution may be that you need to upgrade or replace your software or hardware.
If we advise you to do so and you choose not to upgrade or replace your software or hardware, you acknowledge that we have met our commitment to you by providing a solution to your problem, whether or not you choose to implement that solution.

Do you guarantee your work 100%?
Yes we do, but as you know computers are complex beasts, and sometimes there are factors at play that are not immediately obvious. We will endeavour to solve your problem – but if we can’t then you don’t owe us a cent.

Can you provide a project fee for more specialised jobs rather than an hourly rate basis?
We sure can. Once we assess your situation and requirements we will be able to quote a price to complete the job regardless of how long it takes us.

Will you give me a discount if you fix my problem in just a few minutes?
Yes. If we get to your premises and have fixed your problem in strictly under 10 minutes, then you only pay 75% of the standard call out fee.

What areas do you service?
We currently service Dandenong surrounding suburbs, but our service area is continually growing.

Can I bring my broken Computer to you?
Unfortunately we currently do not have this service available – so why not let us come to you and fix it on the spot?

Can you help me with my dodgy pirated software?
No. But we can provide and install genuine software, or point you in the direction of a free alternative.

How quickly can you get here?
Generally we will get to you within same day after your call – but often quicker. During peak periods the wait may be longer, but we will advise this at the time of booking and will keep you updated if we are delayed getting to your appointment.

Can you provide the hardware and software I need?
We sure can. But we’ll also happily install, configure and troubleshoot equipment regardless of who you bought it from.

I really don’t know a thing about my computer. Can you help me?
Of course we can. We’re here for exactly that reason - so you don’t have to know a thing. If you want to learn, we can teach you too at our normal hourly rates.
